Sharp and powerful, the aerodynamic styling Body Kit strengthens the already strong framework of the SPORT, and is made of several parts.
CARACTERE provides, for the SPORT, a Wide Body Kit including a complete Front Bumper, a Rear Bumper Spoiler with integrated exhaust tips, a Rear Wing, a set of Wheel Arch Extensions and light alloy rims CW1.
These parts are made by a process called Polyurethane Reaction Injection Molding (PU-Rim).
With this process, we guarantee high quality products, stability over time, high impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
Thanks to our polyurethane injection process that we have developed only to produce body parts, we have a guarantee of quality and part sizing which is very important in the automotive industry.
The process was developed to obtain a final part flexible enough to absorb shocks but also rigid enough to have an ideal assembly.
Our parts have been tested by German BAST several times and we have passed the pedestrian crash test each time successfully and are perfectly adapted to the new regulations concerning pedestrian tests.
These parts will be delivered with all accessories necessary for a good assembly and a fitting instructions manual showing the different steps for correct assembly on the vehicle. Failure to follow the assembly instructions correctly during installation will void the warranty.
This product is delivered unpainted. The product is not primed. It is the responsibility of the body shop alone to check if it works with their products and to do the necessary preparation. Parts are shipped unfinished and will need to be sanded and primed before any paintwork is done. They require a body shop to handle the installation, as they will require the installation and cutting of accessories for installation on some products. It is important to check the fit of the part on the vehicle before painting!
